SKYLOVE TERMS OF USE Effective date: 03.03.2026 These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SkyLove mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). SkyLove is a dating and social connection platform that may include user profiles, messaging, events, gifts/points, and paid features. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. OPERATOR AND CONTACT The Service is operated by SKYLOVE LTD, a Cyprus company with registration number HE 426511, registered office at 1 APRILIOU STR. 52, ATHIENOU, LARNACA, CY – 7600 ("SkyLove", "we", "us", "our"). Support: support@skylove.su ELIGIBILITY AND AGE 2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. 2.2 We may request verification of your age and/or identity. 2.3 If we reasonably believe you are under 18, we may suspend or permanently block your account and remove related content. ACCOUNT, REGISTRATION, AND SECURITY 3.1 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. 3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. 3.3 You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. 3.4 You may not sell, rent, lend, or transfer your account to any other person. SERVICE PURPOSE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 4.1 The Service is intended for dating, social connection, and attending events. 4.2 You agree not to use the Service primarily for commercial purposes (e.g., advertising, lead generation, solicitation of customers), except where expressly permitted by us in writing. 4.3 You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, including any meetings offline. Use caution when meeting in person and do not share sensitive information too quickly. COMMUNITY RULES (ACCEPTABLE USE) These Community Rules are part of these Terms. If you violate them, we may take enforcement actions described in Section 10. 5.1 Be Yourself Use your own photos and accurate personal information. Do not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity. No multiple accounts or duplicate profiles. No joint/couple accounts unless explicitly allowed by us. 5.2 Respect Others You must not harass, bully, stalk, threaten, intimidate, or demean other users or SkyLove staff; incite violence or encourage harm; or engage in spam, scam, fraud, extortion, or deceptive solicitation. 5.3 Prohibited Content and Conduct You must not post, send, upload, share, or otherwise make available any content or engage in conduct that: promotes, spreads, justifies, or encourages hatred or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other protected characteristics; contains pornography, sexually explicit content, or advertisements for sexual services; involves scams, fraudulent schemes, extortion, or use of third-party tools/apps for deception; discloses personal information that is not your own without permission (including doxxing, publishing private photos, addresses, IDs, workplace or contact details); infringes intellectual property or other rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity); is illegal, or encourages or provides instructions for illegal activity. 5.4 Transactional Sexual Content & Solicitation (including in private messages) SkyLove is a dating and events platform. Flirtatious communication may be allowed. However: (a) No pornography/explicit sexual content. Pornographic content, explicit depictions of sexual acts, and genital-focused nudity are prohibited (including in private messages). (b) No sexual services for compensation. You may not offer, request, or exchange sexual services or sexually explicit content in return for money, Gifts, Points, event access, or any other benefit ("pay-for-nudes", "meet for payment", escorting). (c) No marketplace solicitation. Do not use SkyLove primarily to advertise, solicit customers, or sell goods/services, including promoting paid adult-content subscriptions as a commercial offer. 5.5 Photo and Profile Guidelines All profile content may be moderated. You must not upload: explicit or pornographic images; images with text overlays used to promote, advertise, or bypass platform flows (e.g., "DM me on…", phone numbers, ads); violence, cruelty, or graphic harm; images that glamorize or encourage drug use; weapons (where prohibited by our policies or applicable rules); photos of children on their own, or content involving minors in a sexualized or unsafe manner; someone else’s photo as your profile picture; profile pictures that include other people in a way that misleads users about who you are. 5.6 Safety We can only control safety within the Service. Use caution when communicating and meeting offline. Report and block users who behave suspiciously or make you uncomfortable. USER CONTENT, MESSAGING, AND LICENSE 6.1 "User Content" includes profile information, photos, messages, and any other content you submit through the Service. 6.2 You retain ownership of your User Content. 6.3 You grant SkyLove a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content solely to operate, provide, secure, moderate, and improve the Service, enforce these Terms, and comply with legal obligations. 6.4 You represent and warrant that you have the rights to submit your User Content and that it complies with these Terms and applicable laws. 6.5 We do not guarantee delivery, storage, or availability of messages at all times. We may apply limits for anti-spam, safety, and system integrity. PRIVACY Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy: skylove.su/privacypolicy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. PAID FEATURES, SUBSCRIPTIONS, GIFTS/POINTS, AND EVENTS This Section applies if the Service offers paid features, subscriptions, gifts, points, or paid events ("Paid Features"). 8.1 Purchases and Billing Prices and available Paid Features are shown in-app (and may vary by region, currency, platform, and taxes). Purchases may be processed by Apple, Google, or our payment providers, and may also be subject to the platform’s payment terms. 8.2 Subscriptions If you purchase a subscription, it may auto-renew until cancelled, as described at the point of purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple/Google account settings (or other method shown in-app). 8.3 Gifts / Points / Virtual Items Gifts/Points/virtual items are for in-app social interaction and attention. They are not legal tender, not e-money, not a bank account, and do not represent stored value or a real-world monetary equivalent unless explicitly stated by us in writing and supported by applicable law. Gifts/Points may be used only within the Service and may be subject to feature limitations, expiration, and anti-fraud rules displayed in-app. Gifts/Points are not intended to purchase or unlock sexual services or sexually explicit content. Any attempt to use Gifts/Points as compensation for sexual services or explicit sexual content is prohibited and may result in enforcement action. 8.4 Paid Events and Incentives (if applicable) Some events may include deposits, fees, cancellation windows, attendance rules, or incentives for participation. Any such rules will be shown in-app and/or in event terms. Event incentives must not be used to promote or facilitate any prohibited conduct. 8.5 Refunds Refund rules depend on the platform you used to make the purchase and on mandatory consumer protection laws. Apple App Store purchases: refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund and billing rules. You should request a refund through your Apple account or Apple support. Google Play purchases: refunds are handled by Google under Google Play’s refund and billing rules. You should request a refund through your Google account or Google support. If we directly process payments (where applicable): we will handle eligible refund requests in accordance with mandatory consumer laws. To request a refund, contact support@skylove.su and include your account identifier, purchase date, and transaction reference. If your account is restricted or terminated for a Severe Violation (including fraud, extortion, illegal content, exploitation, or other severe safety violations), we may deny access to Paid Features to the extent permitted by law; however, mandatory consumer protections may still apply. SAFETY, NO BACKGROUND CHECKS 9.1 We do not guarantee that any user is who they claim to be. 9.2 Unless explicitly stated, we do not conduct comprehensive background checks. 9.3 You are responsible for your decisions and interactions, including offline meetings. MODERATION, ENFORCEMENT, AND APPEALS 10.1 Our Enforcement Rights We may (but are not obligated to) monitor, review, and moderate User Content and user behaviour to help keep the Service safe and compliant. If we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or the Community Rules, we may take one or more actions, including: removing or restricting content; limiting features (including messaging and/or media sharing); issuing warnings; temporarily suspending your account; permanently terminating your account; applying device-level restrictions where technically feasible; and reporting conduct to law enforcement where required or appropriate. We may act quickly to protect users and the platform, including in urgent safety situations. 10.2 Severe Safety Violations (Zero-Tolerance Categories) The following categories are considered severe ("Severe Violations") and may result in immediate restriction or termination without prior warning: (a) Minors / Child Safety Any content, behaviour, or attempt to engage in sexual or exploitative interactions involving minors, including suspected underage users, grooming, or requests for sexual content from individuals under 18. (b) Non-Consensual Intimate Content (NCII) Sharing, threatening to share, or distributing intimate images/videos of another person without their consent, including "revenge porn," hidden recordings, or any attempt to expose private sexual content. (c) Extortion / Blackmail / Coercion ("Sextortion") Any attempt to pressure, threaten, or coerce another user to provide money, gifts, points, intimate content, personal data, or any other benefit, including threats to publish private information or images. (d) Sexual Services for Compensation ("Meet for Payment") Soliciting, promoting, or facilitating sexual acts or sexual services in exchange for compensation, including money, gifts, points, event access, or any other benefit. 10.3 Immediate Measures and Evidence Preservation In cases of Severe Violations, SkyLove may take immediate actions including: account suspension or termination; removal or restriction of content; disabling messaging and/or media sharing; device-level restrictions where feasible; and limiting access to features associated with abuse. We may preserve relevant data and records (such as content, messages, device identifiers, IP addresses, and logs) as reasonably necessary to investigate, prevent harm, comply with legal obligations, and respond to lawful requests. Where required or appropriate, we may report suspected unlawful activity to competent authorities. 10.4 Reporting, Blocking, and Abuse of Reporting SkyLove provides tools to Report and Block users and content. You agree to use these tools in good faith and not to submit false, misleading, or abusive reports. Abuse of reporting may result in enforcement actions. 10.5 Proportionate (Graduated) Enforcement for Other Violations For violations that are not Severe Violations, enforcement may be applied in a proportionate manner based on severity, context, and repeat behaviour, including warnings, content removal, temporary restrictions (including messaging/media limitations), temporary suspensions, and permanent termination for repeated violations. 10.6 Appeals If your account is restricted or removed, you may appeal by contacting support@skylove.su and providing your account identifier and a brief explanation. We may request additional information and may uphold, modify, or reverse our decision at our reasonable discretion, consistent with user safety and legal requirements. PROHIBITED TECHNICAL ACTIONS You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where prohibited by law; use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or interact with the Service without written permission; attempt to bypass access restrictions, moderation systems, or security; or interfere with the Service, servers, networks, or other users’ access. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Service, including software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to SkyLove and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS The Service may include links to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms. TERMINATION 14.1 You may stop using the Service at any time. 14.2 We may suspend or terminate your access as described in Section 10. 14.3 Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect (including licenses, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms). DISCLAIMERS 15.1 The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." 15.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or successful matches. 15.3 We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyLove is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including interactions with other users online or offline. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law. INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkyLove, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or law. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND TERMS We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., in-app notice). Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the courts of Cyprus shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. MISCELLANEOUS If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of corporate restructuring, merger, or sale. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SkyLove regarding the Service, except for additional feature-specific terms presented in-app.
