SkyLove Privacy Policy (Global Edition) Version 2.2 Effective Date: February 1, 2026 Last Updated: March 3, 2026 This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how SKYLOVE LTD ("Company", "SkyLove", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Cyprus, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use the SkyLove mobile application ("App"), our website SkyLove — A Private Community for Dating & Meetups , and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy is designed to meet transparency requirements under applicable data protection laws that may apply depending on your location. If a region-specific notice or in-app disclosure conflicts with this Policy, the region-specific notice controls for users in that region. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. Where we rely on consent for certain processing, we will request it and you can withdraw it at any time as described below. It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services that you may access via links or integrations (e.g., app stores, payment processors, social login providers). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT We collect personal data to operate the Services (dating, matching, messaging, events), keep users safe, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. The categories below may vary depending on the features you use and your settings. 3.1 Data you provide directly A) Account and Profile Data name or nickname, email address and/or phone number (if used for login), date of birth/age confirmation, gender (if provided), photos, profile text, interests, preferences, education/occupation (if provided), languages, and other profile details you choose to share. B) Sensitive Data (where applicable) information you choose to provide that may reveal sexual orientation or sex life (e.g., certain dating preferences). Where required by law, we process such data only with your explicit consent or another lawful basis. C) Communications messages and content you send through the App (including chats), and feedback or support requests you submit. D) Event Data events you create or join, event participation status, event-related messages, and event-specific information you provide. E) Verification Data (optional) if you choose to verify your account, we may collect verification information such as a government-issued ID image and/or a selfie photo/video. If biometric processing (e.g., facial matching) is used, we will describe it in the verification flow and obtain any required consent. Verification is used for safety and fraud prevention, not for advertising. F) Purchases / Subscription Data if you purchase paid features, purchases are typically processed by Apple/Google or a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers. We may receive limited purchase data such as subscription status, product type, transaction identifiers, and billing country/region as provided by the payment platform. 3.2 Data collected automatically A) Device and Usage Data device type, operating system, app version, language, time zone, IP address, device identifiers (such as advertising ID or similar identifiers where permitted), log files, and information about how you use the Services (screens viewed, clicks, swipes, matches, messages sent count, event interactions, and similar usage metrics). B) Approximate Location approximate location inferred from IP address for security, fraud prevention, and basic localization. C) Precise Location (only if enabled by you) if you enable location services, we may collect precise geolocation to provide location-based features (e.g., nearby matching and events). You can disable precise location in device settings and/or within the App at any time. We aim to show other users only the minimum needed for the feature (e.g., distance or approximate area), depending on your settings. D) Cookies, SDKs, and Similar Technologies on our website (and sometimes in-app) we may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar tools for functionality, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and (where enabled) advertising/retargeting. Where required, we provide a consent banner and preference controls. 3.3 Data from third parties A) Social Login Providers if you sign in via Apple, Google, or other providers, we receive a unique account identifier and, depending on your settings and provider, name/email. B) Advertising and Attribution Partners (measurement) we may receive aggregated or campaign-level measurement data about ad performance (e.g., which campaign led to an install), and in some cases attribution data linked to an install or in-app event, depending on device settings and permissions (see Section 9). HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA (PURPOSES) We use personal data for the following purposes: A) Provide the Services and features you request create and manage accounts, enable profiles, matching, messaging, events, gifts/points (if applicable), and customer support. B) Personalization and matching suggest matches, show relevant profiles/events, and improve recommendations based on your settings and activity. C) Safety, security, and integrity detect and prevent fraud, spam, abusive behaviour, harassment, scams, and severe safety violations; enforce our Terms; investigate reports; protect users; and maintain platform integrity. D) Payments and billing (if applicable) process purchases, confirm subscription status, prevent payment fraud, and handle refunds where applicable. E) Analytics and product improvement troubleshoot, measure performance, understand usage trends, run A/B tests, and improve features. F) Communications send service-related messages (e.g., security alerts, policy updates, receipts) and respond to support requests. send marketing communications where permitted by law and based on your choices (opt-in/opt-out). G) Advertising measurement and attribution (where enabled) measure ad performance, understand which campaigns drive installs and registrations, and prevent ad fraud. Where required by law, we will request your consent before enabling advertising-related tracking. H) Legal compliance comply with lawful requests and obligations, maintain records required by law (e.g., tax/accounting), and exercise or defend legal claims. LEGAL BASES (EXPLANATION FOR CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS) Depending on your location, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases (as applicable): Contract: to provide the Services you request (account, matching, messaging, events, purchases). Legitimate interests: to keep the Services safe, prevent fraud, improve and secure the platform, and understand product performance (balanced against your rights). Consent: for certain processing such as precise location, marketing (where required), special category/sensitive data where required, and certain advertising/retargeting technologies. Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws and lawful requests. You may withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the basis) without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal. HOW WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA We share personal data only as needed for the purposes described above: 6.1 With other users Your profile data is visible to other users according to how the Service works and your settings (e.g., profile, photos, distance/approximate location, and event participation). Messages you send are shared with the recipients. 6.2 With service providers (processors) We use vetted vendors to help operate the Services, such as: hosting and infrastructure; analytics and performance measurement; customer support tools; moderation, safety, anti-fraud, and verification services; app stores and payment processors for purchases. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect data and use it only on our instructions. 6.3 With affiliates We may share data within our corporate group for security, operations, and compliance. 6.4 With advertising, attribution, and anti-fraud partners (where enabled) If you enable advertising-related tracking (or where permitted by law), we may share limited device and event information with advertising and measurement partners to measure campaigns, attribute installs/registrations, and prevent ad fraud. You can control this via your device settings and in-app choices (see Section 9). 6.5 For legal and safety reasons We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to: comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests; protect the rights, safety, and security of users, SkyLove, or the public; investigate and prevent fraud or severe safety violations. 6.6 Business transfers If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and notice requirements. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS Your data may be processed in countries outside your residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (for example, standard contractual clauses and related measures). Our infrastructure is primarily located in the EU, but some providers may process data elsewhere depending on their operations. DATA RETENTION We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Typical retention: Active accounts: while your account is active. Deleted accounts: data is deleted or anonymized, subject to: (i) backup retention (typically up to 90 days), (ii) legal obligations and legal holds, (iii) safety and fraud prevention needs (e.g., keeping limited records of severe violators to prevent re-registration). Support tickets: typically up to 5 years (or longer if needed for legal claims). Financial records: as required by tax/accounting laws (often up to 7 years, depending on jurisdiction). Security/fraud logs: retained for a limited period appropriate to their purpose. We may retain aggregated or de-identified data for analytics and research. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES Your rights depend on where you live. We may verify your identity before fulfilling requests. 9.1 Global controls Access and update profile information in the App. Delete your account (subject to legal holds and safety exceptions). Control permissions (e.g., location, notifications) via device/app settings. Opt out of marketing communications where offered. 9.2 Advertising choices, attribution, and iOS tracking permission (ATT) Advertising measurement and attribution may involve the use of device identifiers where permitted and based on your choices. On iOS, if we engage in tracking as defined by Apple for advertising measurement or personalization, we will request permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, we will not access the device advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking purposes, and attribution may be more limited. You can also reset or limit ad personalization via your device settings. 9.3 Additional rights in certain jurisdictions Depending on your location, you may have rights such as access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In certain U.S. states, you may have rights to opt out of targeted advertising and similar processing. You can exercise rights by contacting dpo@skylove.su. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING We may use automated systems (e.g., matching and ranking) to provide the Services. If you are in a jurisdiction that provides rights related to certain automated decisions, you can contact dpo@skylove.su for more information. SECURITY We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data (such as encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring). No system is 100% secure. If a data breach occurs, we will notify users and authorities when required by law. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and device. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY The Services are for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that a user is under 18, we may suspend the account and delete personal data, subject to legal obligations and safety needs. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND INTEGRATIONS The Services may link to third-party services or include third-party integrations (e.g., social login providers, payment platforms). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the App and/or other appropriate means. The "Effective Date" indicates when the latest version becomes effective.
